Town Treasure Hunt™ is exclusively owned and operated by Treasure Hunt Enterprises™ a division of Business Growth Today, Inc. and our software developer Batchelor Media. No duplication is permitted. The Town Treasure Hunt is a registered Trademark of Business Growth Today, Inc.

The following are the contest rules terms of service for the Town Treasure Hunt™.

1. You must click on several banners to search for the hidden treasure chest on one of our sponsors pages. If you don't find the treasure chest on the sponsors page that you visited click on the "Back To Treasure Map" link on the sponsors page and click on anothers sponsors banner to see if the treasure chest is hidden on their page. You can keep going back to the main Treasure Map page and clicking on banners as much as you want.

2. Once you find the sponsors page with the little treasure chest you must click on the treasure chest to gain access to an entry form.

3. Fill out the entry form completely and click on "ENTER CONTEST" to have your daily entry entered into the contest. You may enter the contest only once per day. You may enter the contest every day. The hidden treasure chest will be hidden in a new sponors page every day.

4. At the end of every month the contest will close for that month and a new one will start immediately on the first day of the next month. The contest runs every month.

5. A monthly cash prize winner will be randomly selected by computer from all entries received from the previous month on the first day of the new month.

6. Prize winner will be awarded the cash prize by an official visit from the the Treasure Hunt Team during the first week of the new month. Winner will be awarded a special treasure chest with their cash prize.

7. Eligibilty: All entrants must be from the local area. All residents in said area are eligible to participate in the contest. If a contest winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to their legal guardian who is over the age of 18.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS BY PARTICIPANTS: (i) Use of entrants' names and photographs: By entering the contest, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to allow Town Treasure Hunt™ to use the entrant's name, photograph and other material for broadcast and promotional purposes solely in connection with the contest; (ii) Sharing information: By entering, each entrant automatically gives Town Treasure Hunt™ permission, without compensation, to allow Town Treasure Hunt™ to share their entry information with any other sponsor of the contest; (iii).Signing of affidavit and release: By entering, each Winner agrees that he/she may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability and a receipt and, by failing to do so, that the winning prize may be forfeited; (iv) Release of liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Town Treasure Hunt™, its legal entity, Business Growth Today, Inc., its parent company, subsidiaries, agents and any other sponsor, from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the prize; (v) This contest shall be governed and enforced by the general laws of Michigan, notwithstanding any choice of law provisions to the contrary.
